How to Assign Permissions

Priority Levels & Overdue Detection

Priority Levels
| Low | Standard requests, no urgency |
| Medium | Normal priority (default) |
| High | Important, needs attention soon |
| Critical | Urgent! Requires immediate action |
Dashboard shows breakdown by priority. Click "View Critical" to see all critical requests instantly.
Overdue Detection Logic
A request is OVERDUE when:
- Deadline date is in the past (before today)
- AND State is NOT Done, Cancelled, or Rejected
Visual Indicators:
- Red "OVERDUE" badge on form view
- Red highlighting in list view
- "Days Left" shows negative days (e.g., -3 days)
Automatic Alerts:
- Daily cron sends overdue email alerts
- Activity reminder created 2 days before deadline
