Enhanced Labour Control Across Job Costing, Requisition, and PO
Planned and Remaining Labour Quantity Tracking
This feature enhances the Job Costing process by enabling planned and remaining quantity tracking specifically for labour type lines under the "generic" cost type. In the Job Cost Sheet, labour lines display the planned quantity, which is automatically carried over to related Material Requisition and Purchase Order lines. Both requisition and PO lines dynamically calculate the remaining quantity based on what has already been requested or ordered, helping prevent overuse and ensuring better control and visibility of planned labour resources throughout the procurement workflow.
Main Features:
- Job Cost Sheet (Labour Tab):
- Shows planned quantity for labour lines when cost type is generic.
- Material Requisition Lines:
- Auto fills planned quantity from job cost line and calculates remaining quantity.
- Purchase Order Lines:
- Auto fills planned quantity from job cost line and calculates remaining quantity.
