Whatsapp-all-in-one Dashboard Key Features

Add the Meta template for sending a message when the state of a Sale Order, Purchase Order, or Invoice changes.

Step 1 : Go to Sale Module → Configuration → WhatsApp State Templates:

Step 2 : List View of WhatsApp State Templates

Step 3 : Click on the New button to open the Form view of WhatsApp State Templates

Name: Enter a simple name.

State: Select the sale order state at which the meta template should be sent.

WhatsApp Template: Select the WhatsApp template to be sent when the sale order reaches the selected state.

Template Body: Displays the body of the template selected in the WhatsApp Template field.

Note: In the WhatsApp Template field, only templates that apply to the specific model will be shown.

Step 4: In this, you can send either a parameterized template or a simple text template

Note: For parameterized templates, map Odoo fields to send data from the specific model record. If the field type is Many2one, One2many, or Many2many, and field chaining is required, use dot notation (.) to define the path.

Whatsapp-all-in-one Dashboard

Whatsapp-all-in-one dashboard is the user interface used to manage chats from Pragtech messenger modules for WhatsApp and also send information from Odoo base modules like sales, invoicing, purchases, contacts, and products.

Installation:

Install the Whatsapp all-in-one dashboard first, and then install the Pragtech WhatsApp module.

You can access the configuration for WhatsApp module installed by navigating to Configuration → Settings

Enter the credentials of your Chat API instance on the Dashboard Settings page. Both the Endpoint and the token are required.

Bidirectional Chat Functionality

Open the Whatsapp dashboard. The left section is for chats, while the right side shows data from other modules within Odoo. In the chat section, select a chat type. Then choose a chat to open in the chat window.

In the chat thread you can send messages created in the composer below the screen by clicking the button with the plane icon or simply pressing the enter key.

Analytics:

Users can Access Analytics Reports Directly from the Dashboard.

Drag & Drop Functionality: Products, purchase , sales, invoicing, Inventory and contacts

You can access the records for sales, inventory (products), purchase, contacts and invoicing modules by the navigation tabs on the right side of the dashboard.

Drag and drop functionality for sales orders:

List views are used for sales while kanban views are used for products and contacts. Drag and drop functionality enables you to put details about a record directly into the composer.

The product images are also sent as part of the record details.

Live Chat functionality allows users to configure the operators for the backend support and provides bidirectional functionality from website chat window.

Scheduled Actions:

Automatic payment reminder messages to customers with due bills.

Click on the button to send PDF the select record like Sale Order, Invoice (If we want to send the PDF of a Sale, Purchase, or Invoice then we can send it on WhatsApp using only one single click.)

We offer a feature that allows multiple sales orders to be sent with a single click, using the "Multiple Attachment" button.

The system also enables sending multiple sales orders for different customers with just a single click.

The system allows users to create leads directly from the dashboard view. For instance, if a discussion occurs in a chat, a lead can be created immediately. Similarly, in the Enterprise edition, helpdesk tickets can also be created seamlessly.

Users can create CRM leads and helpdesk tickets directly through commands in a chat.

3. If your template has parameters in the body or header text, they will be automatically added to the Template Parameter Mapping tab

In the Parameter Mapping Tab - Map template parameters (like {{1}}, {{2}}) to specific fields from the selected model.

Select the model this template should apply to in the 'Applies to' field.

You can select fields from the chosen model, and their technical names will appear in the final_path.

If the field type is Many2one, One2many, or Many2many:
  • You can select related model fields using the 'Related Field' option.
  • The final_path will be updated automatically based on the selected related fields.

4. While creating a template for exporting from Odoo to Meta:

  • The template name should be in lowercase.
  • Use underscores (_) instead of spaces in the template name.
Note: Each template will be assigned a template id and approval state after it is exported.

5. If you choose the Template Header as 'Text', you need to add header text, and only one parameter can be passed in the header text using {{1}}

If the template header is Image, Document, or Video: You must add an attachment.
