Installation
Install the Whatsapp all-in-one dashboard first, and then install the Pragtech WhatsApp module.
Configuration
You can access the configuration for the WhatsApp module installed by navigating to Configuration → Settings.
Workflow
1. Bidirectional Chat Functionality
Open the Whatsapp dashboard. The left section is for chats, while the right side shows data from other modules within Odoo. In the chat section, select a chat type. Then choose a chat to open in the chat window.
2. Analytics
Users can Access Analytics Reports Directly from the Dashboard.
3. Add the Meta template for sending a message when the state of a Sale Order, Purchase Order, or Invoice changes
4. Users can send sales order’s pdf with a text message and extra attachments to the customer's mobile number by clicking send WhatsApp messages from the sales, purchase, invoice, inventory, and contact.
5. Click on the button to send PDF the select record like Sale Order, Invoice (If we want to send the PDF of a Sale, Purchase, or Invoice then we can send it on WhatsApp using only one single click.)
5. We offer a feature that allows multiple sales orders to be sent with a single click, using the "Multiple Attachment" button.
6. Users can create CRM leads and help desk tickets directly through commands in a chat.
7. Birthday/Anniversary offers via whatsapp, and give loyalty programs.

Prerequisite
Before using any WhatsApp notification feature, ensure the following setup is completed:
- In the Employee record, add the mobile number in the correct format.
- The mobile number must include the country code (without any spaces, symbols, or leading zeros).
- Format Example:
Correct: +919876543210
Leave Request WhatsApp Notification
When an employee requests leave, notify the manager via
WhatsApp.
When an employee submits a leave request, an automatic WhatsApp
notification is sent to their respective manager, informing them
about the leave details for quick review and approval.

Birthday Wishes to Employees
Send personalized wishes to employees on their birthday
anniversary.
The system automatically sends personalized WhatsApp wishes to
employees on their birthday helping foster engagement and a positive
workplace culture.

Contract Expiry Reminder
Notify HR/admin 5 days before an employee’s contract ends:
An automated WhatsApp reminder is sent to the HR/Admin team 5 days
before an employee’s contract end date, ensuring timely renewals or
exit formalities.

New Hire WhatsApp Notification
After confirming a new hire (hr.recruitment), send WhatsApp
notification to the candidate.
Once a candidate’s recruitment is confirmed in Odoo (hired stage),
the system sends a WhatsApp message to the selected candidate,
welcoming them and confirming their hiring details.

Attendance Reminder
Attendance Alert : If employee hasn’t checked in by specific time
based , send them a WhatsApp reminder :
If an employee fails to check in by specific time limit, an
automated WhatsApp reminder is triggered to remind them to mark
their attendance, helping maintain punctuality.

Trigger WhatsApp message to manager when an employee submits a
timesheet:
