Overview
This module is used for enable or disable the Create and Edit options in Many2one and Many2many fields and manage the redirect link in Many2one fields.

How to Install the module
To install the module, we need to go to the Apps menu, remove the filter from the search bar and type the module name "pragtech_advance_model_configuration” and click on the Activate button.
Restrict Create and Edit and Restrict External Link
When we install the model “Restrict Model Options,” after that ‘create and edit’ option in Many2one and Many2many fields and the redirect link in Many2one fields is disabled from the other modules.
Here we can see no record for the Customer means we can not create new record
Like Create and Edit, we cannot redirect link in Many2one fields.
Allow Create and Edit
If we want to allow a Create Edit option, Go to Settings >> Technical >> Models choose a model in which we want to allow Create Edit option and click on boolean “Allow Create/Edit Option”
Like i want to allow create edit option for customers. For this, i have chosen “res.partner(Contact)” and clicked on “Allow Create/Edit Option.”
After configuration, we can see the create and edit option for the fields
Allow External Link
Like Create and Edit, the same configuration is needed for the external link
Go to Settings >> Technical >> Models Choose a model in which we want to allow External link and click on the boolean “Allow External Link.”
For this, i have chosen “account.payment.term” model
After configuration, we can see this redirect like
Set Dropdown limit
In setting a dropdown limit, we can configure a limit for the dropdown menu in both Many2one and Many2many fields. The following image shows all dropdown menus before configuration.
For configuration Go to Settings >> Technical >> Models choose a model in which we want to set limit for dropdown in a “Search Dropdown Limit” like shown in image
After configuration, we can see only the number of search more options that we set in the limit.

In set search more limit, we can set limit for a search more options in a many2one and many2many fields In below image we can see all the search menu before configration
For configuration Go to Settings >> Technical >> Models choose a model in which we want to set limit for search more in a “Search More Limit” like shown in image
After configuration, we can see only the number of search more options that we set in the limit.
