Integrate Hotel Management module with Odoo's PoS module seamlessly to enable guests to savour your Restaurant enabled with PoS New
Hotel management app has built-in integration with Odoo standard PoS module where, a customer with room reservation can avail services in the restaurant enabled with PoS and choose to "Pay at Checkout". This feature will enable the customer to not pay at PoS and rather attach the bill against hotel reservation which can be paid at the time of check out. Standard PoS sessions and orders have been integrated accordingly so that Hotel reservation/Folio reflects the PoS orders and PoS orders with "Pay at Checkout" gets automatically processed during invoicing along with room reservations.

A new feature that enables Hotelliers to define varied pricelists - A hotelier can now define pricelists for a room for a week/month/year in advance. Hoteliers can define pricelists for every customer or channel partner. If this feature is opted, a reservation will not be possible if an appropriate price is not available for the specific date and room.

Meal Plan New
This feature enables hoteliers to offer room reservation prices inclusive of meals (Breakfast/Breakfast & Dinner/All Meals/No Meals). Integrated with the Restaurant PoS, it tracks food and beverage orders and consumption against room reservations. Guests can also use the restaurant outside of their defined meal plan, with those charges automatically added to their folio for processing.

A Folio (document encompassing all functionalities of hotel management under one reservation number) is created once a guest successfully checks-in which reflects as a standard sales order

Recording details of the documents against reservation
With every reservation, hoteliers can record the documents against reservation number with adding attachments of documents into reservations

Platform to register advance received by customers
With every confirmed reservation, hoteliers can record the money paid by customer as an advance. Various payment methods will be enabled to record payment transactions.

Advance payment in reservation, folio and invoices
All advance payment/s are recorded against reservations Once an invoice is created the advance trasnaction will automaically come up for reconciliations.

Configure masters to cab, drivers and possible destinations of pick up
Configure vehicles, masters of transporters, destination locations to have seamless pick up transactions

Processing of cab picking task during reservation
Hotel reservations are enabled with pick up options with paid/unpaid categories. Paid pickups will further processed during invoicing along with hotel reservation.

Define various services offered as Amenities
Hoteliers can define various amenities like spa, gymanisums, games, outdoor activities to enable guest experiences. Amenities can be defined with specific unit of measures and pricing to fit varied requirements

Adding Amenities availed by a customer in the Folio
Every facility availed by customser additionally with reservation can be recorded in hotel reservation and can be further processed during invoicing

Configure masters for Laundry services - Types of Laundry services, type of service (paid/free) (internal/external), clothing and linen masters with cost, sales price and taxes
Hoteliers can define various types of Laundry services offered. Different types of clothing and their respective rates and taxes. Define types of landry vendors (internal or external)

Process Laundry requests and it reflects automatically in Folio
Housekeeping supervisor can generate laundry requests choosing the room (reservation number) and select various clothing that requires laundry services. Hoteliers can issue laundry request for regular linen cleaning of all rooms. Laundry requests of guests automatically gets attached to hotel reservations and further processed for invoicing.

Manage Restaurant with floor setup, food categories, KOT and BOT
For those companies who doesn't opt for PoS module, Hotel management offers the functionality of creating restaurant with floor setup - table setup, food categories, specific bar and kitchens, etc. Capturing customer data with payment information are all integrated in the restaurant module of hotel management.

Place orders in restaurant and attach reservations for the restaurant orders
Orders placed through restaurant feature will be automatically integrated with hotel reservations - Every restaurant order can be attached with hotel reservation number which will add the restaurant order in Folio that can be further processed automatically during invoicing

Configure Agents who helps boost business and define the percentage of commission for every agent
Define/configure agents in hotel management and assign commission percentages for these agents to boost marketing and sales

Autocalculation of commissions for agents based on the bookings generated
During reservations Hotel management app enables hoteliers to record the agent through which the reservation is bought in. Once reservation is processed, system auto calculates the commission and processes an invoice to create a libality for the agent.

Auto created House keeping tasks after every check out transaction
Hotel management app provides the functionality of auto created housekeeping requests to be allocated and processed by internal staff. After a successful check out by a customer system automatically creates housekeeping tasks. These tasks have to be mandatorily performed before a room becomes eligible for check-in. Time taken to tidy the room, utilities used, details of the operators, are all captured as part of KPA's in the housekeeping activities

Create and Manage Banquet halls with accomodation capacity
Hotel Management app provides an unique feature for banquet hall owners to create and configure one or more banquet halls and manage the operations. Banquet halls can be configured with specific seating capacity, deposits required to process bookings with food and other amenities

Manage bookings of Banquet halls with deposit functionality
Reservations of banquet halls with multiple stages can be made capturing the required details of period of usage, food, amenities and further the same will be processed for invoicing.
