This modules allows you to create a property, maintain sub properties and  the number of towers of that property, number of floors and each individual property can be rented, can be sold and maintain various other information. 

Highlighted Features

Manage Properties and Sub Properties

Easier to maintain the properties and sub properties such as towers,  number of floors and each individual property can be rented.

Sequencing of Sub Properties

If the property is sub property, module allows you to generate the sequencing based on number of floors in that tower. No need of manual creation.

Maintaining Individual Properties

Sub properties will be treated as property in master page, so it can be easily Maintained and rented to tenant.

Configuring Properties and Sub Properties

Configuration of properties and sub properties such as towers,  number of floors and each individual property can be rented.

Sub Property as a Property

Each sub property or individual property can be rented to tenant and tenancy can be created for that property.
