By default in Odoo, you can only search for menus in the search bar popup.
With this app, you can search for any documents in the search bar popup.
- This app still works well on the community version.
Configuration:
- Enable "Allow To Add Model Document For Quick Search" option in User Access Right Setting
- Go to Setting --> Technical --> Quick Search Documents to add model document which you want search it on search bar popup
- Add model document which you want search it on search bar popup
- Select Model Document.
- Select Field Search.
- Select Action Name. You can skip selecting the action name if you are unsure which action will be used.
- Now, you can search Sale Order from search bar popup.
