Advance Partner Credit Exposure and Block Overdue Rule
Advanced credit control feature that validates customer credit exposure and blocks overdue customers during Sales Order processing. It supports different customer types sales based and delivery based. Delivery based customer, credit exposure updated after validating the delivery orders where as sales based, updates credit exposure on sale confirmation.

Real-time customer credit exposure validation
System automatically checks the customer’s current credit exposure against the configured credit limit during Sales Order processing.
Sales Value handling for Sales-based and Delivery-based
System handles two types sales and delivery based on which sales value is calculated and credit exposure will update once delivery order is validated in case of Delivery Based and In case of Sales Based, credit exposure will update based on sales order confirmation.
Block Overdue Days and Percentage rules
System checks for invoices which are overdue for the customer and blocks the sales confirmation.

Sales Credit Limit Configuration
Go to Invoice settings -> Enable sales credit limit and One can also set default sales credit limit.
Block Overdue Days and Percentage Configuration
Go to Companies -> Configure default block overdue days and percentage for customers and One can change configuration from customer level too.
Sales Value Based Configuration
Configure Customers, sales value based on 1) Sales 2) Delivery. Based on this configuration credit exposure will work.
Credit Exposure (Sales Based)
1. Configure Credit limit on customer.
2. Select Sales Value based on : Sales
3. Configure block overdue and percentage rules as per need.
Creation of Sales Order (Sales Based)
Create a sales order and confirm it.
Check Credit Exposure (Sales Based)
Go to Sales and then customers and check particular customer for credit exposure value.
Credit Exposure (Delivery Based)
1. Configure Credit Limit on customer.
2. Select Sales Value Based on: Delivery
3. Configure block overdue and percentage rules as per need.
Creation of Sales Order (Delivery Based)
Create a sales order and confirm it and check credit exposure and it will not update the value as it is delivery based.
Validating Delivery order (Delivery Based)
Validate the delivery order and check credit exposure of customer and it will show value.
Check Credit Exposure (Delivery Based)
Go to Sales and then customers and check particular customer for credit exposure value.
Block Overdue Days and Percentage (Based on Invoices)
Create sales order and on confirming it, warning will be raised due to overdue invoices based on days and percentage.
Allow Over Credit
Whenever a sales order gets blocked, allow over credit button will be shown. On approval of Finance Team, sales order will be confirmed.
