Helps maintain transparency with clients by keeping them informed about resource availability, which is critical for managing timelines and expectations.

  • Go to Projects >> Settings, by checking the "Send Leave Mails".
  • Go to Projects >> Configuration >> Projects, by checking the "Send Mail Intimation To Clients".
  • Click on "Approve" button then after sending mail intimation to clients when any project member is on leave in a project team.
  • When any teammate will put leave request and its approved by the authorized person sent automated mail to project customer that your project team member is on leave.
