This module provides the functionality of send mail intimation to clients when any project member is on leave in a project team Leave notification, Project team leave, resource unavailability.

When any teammate will put leave request and its approved by the authorized person sent automated mail to project customer that your project team member is on leave.

Send Leave Mails Configuration
The Send Leave configuration is main as it enables the sending of emails to clients.
Send Mail Intimation To Clients
Configuration enable the Send mail intimation to clients when any project member is on leave in project team.
Client Transparency
Helps maintain transparency with clients by keeping them informed about resource availability, which is critical for managing timelines and expectations.
Go to Projects >> Settings, by checking the "Send Leave Mails".
Go to Projects >> Configuration >> Projects, by checking the "Send Mail Intimation To Clients".
Click on "Approve" button then after sending mail intimation to clients when any project member is on leave in a project team.
When any teammate will put leave request and its approved by the authorized person sent automated mail to project customer that your project team member is on leave.
