This app allows you to efficiently manage subcontractor job orders by capturing planned quantities, units of measure (UoM), and actual quantities completed by subcontractors. It seamlessly integrates these actual quantities into the job cost sheet across the Materials, Labours, and Overhead tabs, ensuring real time and accurate cost tracking. You can manually update actual quantities from the Deliverables tab of each subcontractor job, and the system automatically reflects these values in relevant sections. Additionally, both the Subcontractor Job and Job Cost Sheet PDF reports are enhanced to include these actual quantities, providing clear, audit-ready documentation for improved project oversight and cost control
