Quality Control is seen as the base for creating success in the business , whenever it comes to delivering products & meeting customer needs, to ensure that customers receive defects free products and also stand out their requirements. Therefore , all manufacturers as well as service providers constantly seek various ways of enhancing their product and service quality.
Quality Control MRP software helps its users implement a documentation management program, to make sure that every Quality control inspection is ready and available to prove your compliance when necessary.The application consists of various tools for several interrelated activities which can be configured in specific processes. Furthermore , these tools grant functionality such as Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Quality Control and much more.
NOTE: If you are installing this module into Enterprise Edition then you do not have to install the quality module that is provided by Odoo Standard.
Quality Control Point:
- NOTE: Different quality control points will be configured based on Products & Operations. Same product multiple control points versions and sequences can be managed for manufacturing operations.
- Various 'Text Types' can be configured easily in control points.
- Measure (Minimum/ Maximum tolerance)
- Image
- Choice (Pass or Fall)
Quality Final Inspection:
- Once the Manufacturing work order is done , Inspection work will begin.
- To begin the Inspection process tab on the "Quality Inspection" button as configured on the product control point.
Quality Inspections:
- Quality Inspection can be used for the group by functionality to identify records inspection.
Quality Alerts:
- For failed inspection lines , Quality alerts with multiple reasons can be generated.
- Quality alert sticker report will be generated either with or without product bar-code (product lot number to track the products physically for repairs.)

We can configure below different 'Test Type' in control points:

On pressing "Quality Inspections" button, inspection will begin based in configuration for incoming product.
System will suggest right measurement parameters as configured during inspection.

After manufacturing workorders is done, final inspection can start on pressing "Quality Inspection" button, as configured in product control point.
During manufacturing in workorders, In-progress inspection can start on pressing "Quality Inspection" button, as configured in product control point.
In workorder user can check inprogress quality inspection.
If Quality Inspections give alert then user can either pass or fail Inspections.
Quality Inspections can be used with group by functionality to identify records inspection wise.
Quality alerts with multiple reasons can be generated for failed inspection line.
Quality alert sticker report will be generated with/without product barcode and product lot number to track the products physically for repairs.
If you configure "Is Restrict" on quality control point then system will be not allowed to submit the manufacture order without checking quality.
If you configure "Detailed Quality Inspection" on quality control point then system will be check quality control by detailed operations wise.
Dose this modules generate sales return inspection?
No, this modules generate inspection of receipt, manufacturer order and deliverie order.

No, this modules can generate excel report.

No, You can't generate inspection in saleorder.
