Manufacturing (MRP) Quality Inspection

Quality Control is seen as the base for creating success in the business , whenever it comes to delivering products & meeting customer needs, to ensure that customers receive defects free products and also stand out their requirements. Therefore , all manufacturers as well as service providers constantly seek various ways of enhancing their product and service quality.

Quality Control MRP software helps its users implement a documentation management program, to make sure that every Quality control inspection is ready and available to prove your compliance when necessary.The application consists of various tools for several interrelated activities which can be configured in specific processes. Furthermore , these tools grant functionality such as Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Quality Control and much more.

Quality Control Point:

  • NOTE: Different quality control points will be configured based on Products & Operations. Same product multiple control points versions and sequences can be managed for manufacturing operations.
  • Various 'Text Types' can be configured easily in control points.

  3. Choice (Pass or Fall)

Quality Final Inspection:

  • Once the Manufacturing work order is done , Inspection work will begin.
  • To begin the Inspection process tab on the "Quality Inspection" button as configured on the product control point.

Quality Inspections:

  • Quality Inspection can be used for the group by functionality to identify records inspection.

Quality Alerts:

  • For failed inspection lines , Quality alerts with multiple reasons can be generated.
  • Quality alert sticker report will be generated either with or without product bar-code (product lot number to track the products physically for repairs.)

It is commonly defined for manufacturing orders, which will generate multiple quality inspections on Manufacturing orders and Work-orders.

Various Configurations

Easy configuration with various possibilities, measurement (min/max tolerance), image, pass or fail option (choice) with multiple parameters for one control point.

Reconfirmation

System will reconfirm user input data and suggest right measurement, whenever wrong data is fetched by user.

Quality alerts stages will be defined.

Multiple quality Alerts can be generated easily with multiple reasons for quality inspection.

Email Alerts

Email Alerts in context with quality issues could be sent to the quality alert team as well as the responsible person too.

Quality Alert Report

Quality alert sticker report will be generated either with or without product bar-code (product lot number to track the products physically for repairs.)

It allows users to determine if a product meets the defined quality requirements and to record the results of inspections.

It is used to record, process, and manage positive information about products as well as complaints about quality.

Quality Control Points

Different quality control points can be configured based on products and operations. Same product multiple control points versions and sequences can be managed.
We can configure below different 'Test Type' in control points. 1.Measure (min/max tolerance)
2.Image
3.Choice (Pass or Fail)
On pressing 'Quality Inspections' button, inspection will begin based in configuration for incoming product.
System will suggest right measurement parameters as configured during inspection.

Quality Final Inspections

After manufacturing workorders is done, final inspection can start on pressing 'Quality Inspection' button, as configured in product control point.

In-Progress Inspections

During manufacturing in workorders, In-progress inspection can start on pressing 'Quality Inspection' button, as configured in product control point.
In workorder user can check inprogress quality inspection.

In-progress Inspections status

If Quality Inspections give alert then user can either pass or fail Inspections.

Quality Inspections

Quality Inspections can be used with group by functionality to identify records inspection wise.

Quality Alerts

Quality alerts with multiple reasons can be generated for failed inspection line.
Quality alert sticker report will be generated with/without product barcode and product lot number to track the products physically for repairs.

Restrict Production

If you configure "Is Restrict" on quality control point then system will be not allowed to submit the manufacture order without checking quality.

Detailed Quality Inspection

If you configure "Detailed Quality Inspection" on quality control point then system will be check quality control by detailed operations wise.
