1. Remove "Powered by Odoo" from Website Footer

By eliminating the "Powered by Odoo" footer from the public website, you present a more polished and trustworthy image to visitors, making your site feel custom-built rather than template-based. This small change significantly enhances the overall professionalism of your web presence.

2. Remove Branding from User Portal

Removing "Powered by Odoo" from customer and vendor portal pages ensures that your users interact only with your brand. 1. Configure Email Brand Name

Navigate to: Settings > General Settings > Email & Use Email Brand Name Settings

Toggle "Allow use of email brand name" to activate branding customization and remove "Powered by Odoo" from outgoing emails.

Fill in the "Email brand name" field to replace the default “Odoo” with your preferred brand name.

2. Email Branding Applied Across Email Types

Password Reset Email

Navigate to: Settings > Users > Select a User > Send Password Reset Instructions

Result: Email is sent without “Powered by Odoo” and uses the configured brand name.

New User Invitation / 2FA Email

Navigate to: Settings > Users > New User > Invite to Use 2FA

Result: Email uses your custom brand name and has no Odoo branding.

Sales Order / Invoice Email

Navigate to: Invoicing > Open a Draft Invoice > Confirm

Result: Customer receives a clean email showing your brand instead of “Odoo” and with no Odoo footer.

Remove "Powered by Odoo" from Portal Views

Navigate to: Website > Portal User View (e.g., Your Orders, Your Invoices)

Result: Footer no longer displays "Powered by Odoo" for a cleaner, company-branded portal.

Clean Branding on Surveys

Navigate to: Surveys > Choose a Survey > Open Survey

Result:Survey interface no longer shows “Powered by Odoo.”
