1. Creating a Checklist from Kanban View

Navigation: CRM > Pipeline > Stage Settings > Edit

Action: Add checkpoints with details such as title, order, sales team, and user group. Save changes.

Result: The stage is now linked with a checklist configuration. Any lead entering this stage will automatically generate the defined checkpoints.

2. Managing Checklists from Configuration Menu

Navigation: CRM > Configuration > Checklist Templates

Action: Create, edit, delete checkpoints centrally, assigning them to specific stages and user groups

Result: Updates sync seamlessly across all leads and stages using that checklist.

3. Working with Checklists on a Lead

Navigation: CRM > Leads > Open Lead > Checklist Tab

Action: Assigned users mark checkpoints as complete in the lead form.

Result: The progress bar updates instantly, showing real-time completion status. Completed actions are logged in the lead’s history.

4. Stage Control Enforcement

Navigation: CRM > Leads > Pipeline View/Form View > Move Lead

Action: Attempt to move a lead forward or backward across stages.

Result:

Forward movement is blocked if required checkpoints aren’t complete.

Skipping mandatory stages triggers a warning.
