1. Allow manual Currency Exchange

Allow MANUAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE in sale, purchase orders, invoices, bills, show amount in currency in journal items

2. Configure manual exchange rate

Configure manual exchange rate to your liking

1. Configure Manual Exchange Rates

Go to the Invoicing > Configuration > Currencies and configure Manual Exchange Rate

This exchange rate will be the default manual exchange from KRW to JPY, ut you can still change it during use

2. Manual Exchange in different views

Sale Order

Select pricelist similar to the default workflow and click update price

If manual exchange is set, it will ignore pricelist calculation and calculate with the manual rate instead

Invoices, Vendor bills and Purchase Orders. All of the above will work similar to each other

Select a different currency and change manual rate

Click update price to calculate invoice lines price with the manual rate

Click on Set Original Prices to return to original currency and prices

Journal Items

With Journal Items, the column that shows price in current currency is shown instead of hidden by default
