1. Configuration

Education center: Go to Configs → Education center → New → Fill in the required information in the form.
Click on the “Branches” tab to create more branches for the center. Add a line → Fill in the form to create new branch.
To create a new classroom: Configs -> Classrooms → New → Fill in the form → Save
To create a new Education Subjects: Configs -> Education Subjects → New → Fill in the form → Save
To create a new Education Shifts: Configs -> Education Shifts → New → Fill in the form → Save

2. Intructor Management

Go to Instructor list to see the instructor list and create a new instructor.
- Click New → Fill the form. In Related User, you can create a new user to link to odoo user. When you click create user on the screen that displays the User information form, enter or change the necessary information then click save to save the user information.
You can associate new teacher with user in odoo by selecting related user
You can also create new users at Configs -> User
Teachers can view and manage their classes, lists of make-up classes, and remedial classes.
In addition, Intructors can look up their teaching schedule.

3. Student/ Class management

Go to students to see the list of students of the whole center and create new students.
Fill in the student information form and click Enrolled to confirm student enrollment.
Here admin can update student information as well as update student's study status of being absent or on hold.
Go to class to manage the center's class list and create new classes
Here the user must enter the required information: Class name, subject, education level, school year, classroom, instructor, teaching time.
To create education level, school year, user selects configs -> Education levels/ School years and sets up.

In class you need to set up the study days and study hours of the week for the whole class.
Click add student to add students in class
Press Start to begin learning
At each lesson, the teacher will have to take attendance and record student comments.
First, the teacher enters his class, chooses that day's lesson -> enters the lesson -> press start lesson -> takes attendance -> teaches -> writes comments for his students -> press end lesson.
For students who miss class, make-up classes will be arranged.
Students are considered by teachers to have poor academic performance and need to take remedial classes.

4. Reports & Analytics

Go to the Reports menu
  • Select the type of report you want to view: e.g. Student Reports, Class Reports, Instructor Reports, etc.
Use available filters such as:
  • Time: by month, quarter, school year.
  • Object: student, class, subject, Instructor.
  • Status: studying, graduated,...
  • Students report
  • Withdrawn Students Report
  • Class report
  • Session review
  • Class Timetable

This module helps create a base system for managing an education center, from instructors, assistants, students, to resources such as classes, rooms and schedules. You can also create tests, evaluate students, export reviews by time periods.

Manager, Instructor, and Teaching Assistant (TA), each with scoped access to centers, classes, and reports.

From Student List or the class roster; transfers require available capacity in the target class.

Make-up replaces a missed/cancelled session; Remedial is extra support for individual students flagged for catch-up.
