A comprehensive performance management system for Odoo that enables organizations to create, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecards.

Parent KPIs can have multiple child KPIs with automatic target and current value calculations based on child performance using configurable weights.

Each KPI can have multiple assessment levels (Bad, Average, Good, Completed) with customizable percentage ranges and colors. The system automatically evaluates progress against these thresholds and provides visual indicators to show performance status.

KPIs can be assigned to specific employees or made public across the organization. The system integrates with Odoo's HR system to link employee user accounts for access control.
