A thread-centric hub that unifies internal chatter and external emails into Conversations. It provides a fast, rich list view (snippet, participants, counts, last activity) with bulk actions, and routes inbound IMAP/POP emails directly into threads (Incoming Mail → Conversations) instead of CRM/Helpdesk for centralized, searchable discussions.

1- Thread‑Based Conversation Management

  • Preview Snippet: One-line content preview (configurable length) for quick scanning.
  • Participants Avatars & Counter: See who’s involved at a glance.
  • Message Count & Last Activity: Total messages in the thread and timestamp of the latest one.

2- Bulk Actions & New Thread Creation

  • Bulk Actions: Move, Archive, Delete, Mark as Read/Unread for 1..N selected threads.
  • New Conversation: Start a fresh thread (subject, participants, first message).
  • Export: Download thread list to CSV/XLS for reporting/audits.

3- Filtering, Grouping

  • Quickly filter by multiple criteria (sender, time range, tags, attachment type…), and save presets to reapply the desired filter with just one click.

1. Configure conversation for user

  • First go to settings -> user -> mail conversations, choose to see all conversations or see your own conversation.

2. Show Conversations

  • At message tap Conversations, shows the conversations that the user has been added to (in case the admin set to view his own conversations).

3. New Conversation

  • Click new to create a new conversation. Enter a conversation subject.

4. Add user to conversation

  • Click add to add users and select the users you want to add.

5. Actions

  • Here users can send messages, logging, activity creation.
  • Here you can also show, hide notifications, notes, messages by clicking on the corresponding icons.
  • Along with that you can also perform operations with messages, logs.

6. Navigating & Managing Threads

  • Open a Thread: Click on a conversation line to view the full message history.

Bulk Actions: Select one or more threads and use the Action button to:

  • Move
  • Archive
  • Delete
  • Mark as Read / Unread

Press move to move the conversation to the desired location and delete all messages of that conversation.

  • Mark as Read: Remove the “unread” status from a conversation so it no longer appears as new or highlighted.
  • Mark as Unread: Flag a conversation as new again, so it’s visually highlighted and easier to find later

7. Filtering, Grouping

  • Use the search/filter bar above the list to:
    • Filter by subject, partner, date range, read/unread status
    • Group by partner, model, or tag
  • Combine filters and grouping for more precise results.
