1. Inventory Auto-Adjustment

Automatically reverse stock movements during revert actions. This ensures that your stock levels remain accurate and consistent with the operational changes, reducing the risk of human error.

2. Supports Both Incoming & Outgoing Transfers

Support all major stock operations in Odoo, including incoming shipments (receipts), outgoing shipments (deliveries). This ensures flexible and consistent inventory control across all types of stock pickings.

3. Error Correction Without Manual Intervention

Avoid relying on manual inventory adjustments to fix stock mistakes. Instead, use the module to revert and revalidate stock operations properly, maintaining traceability and data integrity across your inventory records.

4. Preserve Original Data

When reverting stock operations, the module retains all original details—such as product, lot/serial numbers, and source/destination locations—ensuring full traceability and accurate historical records.

1. Validate picking to Done stage

Navigate to: Inventory > Operations > Receipts/Deliveries > Open a picking at Ready status > Validate

Result:

The picking is moved to "Done" state.

All related stock moves are executed, meaning product quantities are transferred from the source location to the destination location.

On-hand quantities are updated to reflect the completed transfer.

2. Revert Validated Pickings

Navigate to: Validated picking at Done stage > Revert > Confirm

Result: The picking is moved back to "Ready" state. All related stock moves are automatically reversed — the product quantities are adjusted back accordingly.

3. Revert Ready Pickings to Draft

Navigate to: Picking at Ready stage > Revert > Confirm

4. Return Cancelled Pickings to Draft

Navigate to: Picking at Ready stage > Cancel > Confirm > Return to Draft

Result: The record becomes editable again and can follow the normal stock flow from draft to done.
