Instruction for Xtract Application Integration with Odoo

Instruction Steps

Access Odoo Settings:
  • Navigate to the Odoo dashboard and click on the "Settings" menu.
  • Locate and select the "Xtract" tab.
Configure Xtract Settings:
  • In the Xtract settings, configure the necessary details:
  • Xtract Website URL: This is pre-configured with the default Xtract URL. If the Xtract service URL changes, you can update it here.
  • API Key: Obtain your API key from the Xtract service. This key is essential for authenticating and connecting your Odoo system to Xtract.
API Key Installation and Service Address:
  • After entering your API key and verifying the Xtract service URL, save the configuration.
Automatic Payment Sync:
  • Once the API key and service URL are correctly set up, your Odoo system will automatically synchronize payments from the Xtract service every two hours.
