Installation

1. Download the module from the Odoo App Store or clone the repository.
2. Place the module in your Odoo addons directory.
3. Update your Odoo instance to include the new module.
4. Install the module through the Odoo interface.

How to use this module:

1. Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users.
2. Enable the Access Management checkbox for the desired user to grant access to the module.
3. Navigate to Access Management → Access Groups to create user groups. - Click New, define the group name, assign users, and link relevant access rules.
4. Open Access Management → Rules List to create or manage access rules. - Assign rules to specific users or groups. - Toggle activation (Activate/Deactivate) as needed.
5. In each rule, configure access under dedicated tabs: - Hide Menu – Hide menus and submenus. - Model Access – Restrict CRUD, import/export, and reporting access. - Field Access – Manage field visibility and editability. - Field Conditional Access – Define field-based conditional access rules. - Button/Tab Access – Hide buttons, tabs. - Chatter – Manage chatter actions like Send Message or Log Note. - Global – Apply system-wide access controls (e.g., disable import/export or login).
6. Save the configuration and test access with assigned users.

User Access Setup

1. Navigate to Settings → Users & Companies → Users.
2. Open a user and enable the Access Management checkbox.
3. Save changes. The user will now have access to the Access Management menu and related features based on their assigned permissions.
