Increase your eCommerce sales with intelligent product recommendations powered by real customer behaviour, product similarity, and smart scoring. Four fully configurable widgets â Frequently Bought Together, Similar Products, Trending Products, and Cart Upsell â all managed per-website from Odoo Settings.

Automatically surfaces accessory products and bundle deals alongside any product. Supports special combo pricing and fixed package prices to maximise average order value.
Similar Products Engine
Scores candidates by shared category, tags, attributes, and price proximity. Keeps shoppers engaged with highly relevant alternatives when their first choice is unavailable.
Trending Products
Combines recent sales quantity and page view signals over a configurable 7, 15, or 30-day window to highlight what is genuinely popular with real shoppers right now.
Cart Upsell Widget
Recommends complementary products on the cart page using your choice of FBT, trending, or similarity strategy â turning the final step before checkout into a revenue opportunity.
Per-Website Configuration
Every widget is independently toggled, capped, and placed per website directly in Settings ⺠Website â no developer or XML changes needed after installation.
Boost & Exclude Rules
Manual override rules let you pin products that must always appear or permanently suppress products that should never be recommended â scoped per widget type and website.
How It
Works
Install &
Activate
the Module
Install AI Smart Product Recommendations from the Apps menu. The module integrates
seamlessly with your existing eCommerce, Sales, and
Inventory modules â zero manual configuration required after installation.
Configure
Website Settings
Navigate to Settings ⺠Website and open the AI Recommendations section. Enable each widget independently, set how many products to display, choose which pages they appear on, and configure the trending time window â all per website.
Define Bundle
Pricing
On any product form, open the AI Bundle Pricing tab. Add accessory variants with special combo prices and optionally set a Fixed Package Price when the customer buys the main product together with all defined accessories.
Widgets Appear
On Your Store
Recommendation widgets render automatically on the product page, shop page, and cart page based on your settings. Each widget loads asynchronously so it never delays your storefront's initial page load.
Cart Upsell at
Checkout
The cart page upsell widget analyses all items currently in the basket and suggests complementary products using your chosen strategy â FBT accessories, trending items, or products similar to the most expensive cart line.
Create Boost &
Exclude Rules
Navigate to Website ⺠Recommendations ⺠Manual Rules to create boost or exclude rules. Assign them to a specific widget type and optionally scope them to a single website for granular control over what visitors see.
Analyse with the
Analytics Log
Every impression, click, add-to-cart, and product view is recorded in the Recommendation Analytics Log. Use this data to understand which widgets and products drive conversions and refine your configuration accordingly.

Optional stock-aware mode silently removes out-of-stock variants from all recommendation results, preventing frustrating dead-end product pages.

Boost rules pin priority products to the top of any widget; exclude rules permanently remove products, giving merchandisers full editorial control.
