Auto Create Confirmed Sale Order and Delivery Order from Invoice
The "Auto Create Confirmed Sale Order and Delivery Order from Invoice" feature allows users to automatically generate a "confirmed Sale Order and its corresponding "Delivery Order" directly from a "posted customer invoice". This functionality is useful when invoices are created directly in the system without following the standard Sales workflow. With a single click, the system replicates the invoice information and creates the necessary sales and delivery records, ensuring consistency and reducing manual effort.

Configuration
- To automatically create a confirmed Sales Order and Delivery Order from an invoice, the following configuration is required.
- Go to Settings → Sales.

In the “Auto Sale Order” section, enable the following options:

1. Auto Sale from Invoice
2. Auto-confirm Sale Orders - Both options must be enabled (set to True).
- A button “Create SO & Delivery” is available on the "Posted” invoice.
- The “Create SO & Delivery” button is available only when the user creates a direct invoice.
- When the user clicks the “Create SO & Delivery” button, the system automatically creates a confirmed “Sale Order" and a "Delivery Order" using the same information from the invoice.
- The created Sale Order includes all relevant details such as "Products, Product Details, References, and other invoice-related data".
- In the following delivery order, it is automatically validated when the user clicks the “Create SO & Delivery” button on the invoice.
- If the invoice currency differs from the company’s base currency, the same currency is maintained in the created Sale Order.
- In the following sale order, the currency is the same as the invoice customer currency instead of the base currency.
- If the invoice is generated through the standard workflow (Sale → Delivery → Invoice), the “Create SO & Delivery” button will not be visible.
- In the following invoice, the “Create SO & Delivery” button is invisible to the user.
