Open Any Record :

• Navigate to any document (e.g., Sales Order, Invoice, Purchase Order) where chatter is available.

Access Enhanced Chatter Filters :

• In the chatter section, new filter options will be visible such as message type, user filter, and date range.

Select Message Type :

• Choose the type of records you want to view:
  • All Messages
  • User Logs
  • System Logs
  • Activities

Apply User Filter :

• Click on “All Users” to view all records
• Use “Filter by User” to select a specific user from the list

Select Date Range :

• Click on the Date Range option


• Choose start and end date from the calendar

View Filtered Results :

• The chatter will automatically update and display only the records that match the selected filters.
