Access the Project Template menu from CRM → Configuration
Click on "New" to create a Project Template
Project Template created successfully (Example: "Template-1")
Open a Lead/Opportunity and click on "Create Project & Task"
Workflow Overview: Use Existing Project
Workflow Overview: Create New Project
Select "Use Existing Project", choose a project, and click "Proceed"
Confirmation notification appears and Task can be accessed via Smart Button
Task created and linked to the selected Project and Opportunity
Manage Timesheets directly from the Lead for the created Task
Timesheets are automatically reflected in the linked Task
Select "Create New Project", enter details, and click "Proceed"
