Close Orders - Sales & Purchase
Close Unwanted Remaining Quantities on Sales & Purchase Orders
Keep sales and purchase orders clean after partial delivery or receipt by closing the remaining quantities that are no longer required, while keeping the original ordered quantity visible for easy review and audit clarity.
Close remaining quantities without losing order history
This module helps users handle partially delivered sales orders and partially received purchase orders without cancelling the useful completed quantity. It reduces the open order quantity, marks the line as closed, and keeps the original quantity available for reference.
- Close remaining quantities from Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Use line-level Close and Open actions for controlled corrections
- Keep Original Qty visible after a line is closed
- Protect closed stock moves from accidental demand changes
- Automatically cancel orders when all closed lines have no delivery or receipt
