Keep your audience as contacts with validated phone numbers, group them into reusable mailing lists, and broadcast an approved WhatsApp template to those lists, either right away or on a schedule.
Every message goes out through the free companion app, WhatsApp Business for Community, which sends via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, and each message is tagged back to its campaign, so you get real delivery, read and reply tracking instead of guesswork. Invalid numbers, duplicates, opted-out contacts and blacklisted numbers are removed before the send, and a STOP reply opts a contact out for you.
It also goes a step further than one-off blasts: an event-triggered automation lets you fire an approved WhatsApp template automatically when a record is created or updated, so things like a welcome message on a new signup happen on their own.
