Review the fully detailed site report and utilize the "Send Report to Manager" button to instantly email the day's progress to all project stakeholders.

Email Notification Dispatch

Review the auto-generated email draft and its attached PDF report, then click "Send" to distribute the daily log to all designated project followers.

View Dispatched Email to Followers

Access the system's email records to confirm that the daily log notification and its attached report were processed and routed to all designated project partners and followers.

Print Construction Daily Log Report

Open the action menu on the completed log form and select the "Construction Daily Log" print option to generate and download a cleanly formatted PDF report for physical archiving or client distribution.

Logged in as an administrator or manager, navigate to the "Daily Logs" tab and select "All Daily Logs" to access and oversee all site reports submitted across the organization.
