Multiple Salesperson Assignment

Allows you to assign multiple Salespersons to a single customer record.

Customer Access Restriction

Restricts customer record visibility to salespersons only see the contacts explicitly assigned to them or their allowed list.

Automatically applies security rules to Quotations and Sale Orders, ensuring salespersons only create sale order for their assigned customers.

Includes a dedicated wizard to update or reassign multiple salespersons multiple customer records in a single action.

Provides sales managers and Administrator users with full visibility across all records while maintaining strict rules for standard salespersons.

Simple Setup

View the margin and Go to the **User Profile**. In the Sales section, choose "Own Documents Only". This starts the security for that user.

See everyone (Before)

At first, everyone can see all customers. No one is restricted yet.

Restricted view (After)

After you save, the user is immediately restricted. Now they can only see the customers assigned to them.

Manage Sales Users

Pivot views for On each customer, you can set the default Salesperson and add other allowed salespersons to let them work together.

Quick Bulk Update

Pivot views for Pick many customers at once. Then click mass update sales persons from the Action menu.

Update Tool

A simple popup screen lets you quickly change the sales users for all selected customers at once.

Pick an Operation

Choose how you want to update the records. You have 4 options:

• New: Adds more sales users to the current list.
• Replace: Clears the old list and puts new sales users.
• Remove All: Deletes everyone from the Allowed Salespersons list.
• No Change: Keeps the sales users exactly as they are.

Update Default Salesperson

Now if you want to update the Odoo default sales person, here is the option. Simply select the sales person you want to assign as the primary owner.

Check Results

After update you can see sales person updated on selected customers.
