This module provides a complete and powerful WhatsApp messaging solution fully integrated with Odoo. It enables users to create structured WhatsApp message templates, send messages individually or in bulk, and maintain a complete history of all conversations. The module also supports sending Sale Quotations, Sale Orders, and other documents as attachments directly through WhatsApp, making communication faster, centralized, and more efficient.

Go to Whatsapp >Templates and Create new Template for Messages

Preview the message template

Submit your template to Meta. It will remain in the Sent state until Meta approves it, after which the state changes to Approved.

Go to Sale click on "Send by Whatsapp"

Set the Template and Report type and Click "Send"

View whatsapp message on your whatsapp

Track messages sent to customer in Chatter
