The Certificates module lets schools generate official student documents — bona-fide, completion, conduct, transfer and similar — from configurable QWeb templates. Each certificate receives an automatically generated, company-unique number and moves through a simple Draft, Issued and Cancelled workflow, with every transition tracked on the chatter for a clear audit trail.
Front-office staff, principals and administrators use it to fulfil routine document requests quickly and consistently. The certificate body stays country-neutral, so board- or region-specific layouts can be added through thin localization layers without touching the core.
