Create reusable freight-related services with cost and sale price for quotations, shipments, and billing.

Maintain customer records and mark partner roles like shipper and consignee for freight operations.

Register logistics vendors such as shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and service providers.

Customers can submit freight booking requests online by entering shipment information on the website booking form.

After submission, the customer receives a confirmation page with a unique freight booking reference.

Review all freight bookings in a kanban view with filters for state, direction, transport, and quotation progress.

Open the booking record and use the Create Quotation action to prepare a freight quotation.

Add required freight services and send the quotation to the customer for review and approval.
