Hide Delete Button Specific Model
The Hide Delete Button Specific Model module allows administrators to securely protect important database records by controlling delete access on a per-model, per-user basis. By simply adding specific data models to a restricted list on a user's profile, the delete action is automatically hidden from all related forms, lists, and action menus. This ensures a secure operating environment where users can seamlessly view and edit information without the risk of permanent data deletion.
Features
Model-Specific Delete Restrictions
Administrators can precisely control which users can delete records on a per-model basis. You can select specific data models (like Sales Orders or Contacts) where the delete action should be hidden for each individual user profile.
Interface Integration
When a model is restricted, the delete option automatically disappears from the action menus, list views, and form views. Restricted users can safely view and edit their data without the risk of permanent deletion.

1.) Restrict Delete
Administrators can specify exactly which data models a user cannot delete. By adding a model to the restriction list, the user loses deletion rights for that specific data category.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users
2.) Action Hidden
Once a model is restricted, the removal option disappears from the actions dropdown menu. The user can view and edit the information but cannot permanently erase it.
Navigation : Sales → Products
3.) Restore Access
To grant removal rights back to the user, simply remove the target model from their restriction list. This immediately reinstates their ability to delete those specific records.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users
4.) Action Restored
With the restriction lifted, the removal option becomes available in the actions menu again. The authorized user can now safely remove the selected records as needed.
