FlexigoTech Pay Equity — Joint Assessment (Article 10)

The Article 10 obligation

When an employer's Article 9 report shows a worker category with a ≥ 5% gender pay gap that cannot be justified by objective gender-neutral criteria, Article 10 of the Directive requires a Joint Pay Assessment (JPA) with workers' representatives, completed within 6 months.
