Each package can include multiple courses (Starter, Main, Dessert) with per-head pricing and defined minimum/maximum pax limits. When a package is selected, the system automatically generates order lines, reducing manual entry errors and ensuring accurate, fast menu planning. This feature is ideal for weddings, corporate events, or large-scale banquets.

Advanced Resource & Staff Planning

Provides precise control over human resources for each event. Assign Chefs, Servers, and Bartenders with specific start and end times, manage shifts, and monitor task completion.   • Add Calories and Allergen information for nutrition visibility.
  • Classify items by Course Type and Meal Time for quick menu structuring.
  • Track Shelf Life and Storage Temperature to manage food safety.

Menu Package Management

Path: Go to Sales → Products → Menu Packages


The Menu Package module allows creating predefined catering menus like “Wedding Veg Deluxe,” combining multiple dishes with structured pricing and guest limits. It simplifies planning by letting you define platter types (Fixed or Unlimited) and automatically calculates pricing for fixed platters based on product quantity and rates.

Key Highlights:

  • Create complete menu sets with multiple food items in one package.
  • Support for Platter Type:
    • Fixed Plate: System auto-calculates price based on items × quantities.
    • Unlimited Plate: Uses fixed per-head pricing.
  • Define Minimum and Maximum Guests to control package eligibility.
  • Auto-populate menu items in Sales Orders when a package is selected.



Event Service Style & Staff Roster Integration

Path: Go to Events → Create Event → Service Style & Staff Roster Tab


Enhances event planning by allowing catering teams to define the Service Style (Buffet, Plated, Live Counter, etc.) directly inside the event. It also introduces a dedicated Staff Roster tab to assign team members with specific roles and working hours.

  • Select Service Style to match event requirements like Buffet or Plated Service.

Allows catering teams to manage delivery vehicles used for food transport. Each vehicle record includes driver assignment, registration details, tracking info, and availability status—helping streamline logistics for event deliveries.

Key Highlights:

  • Assign Driver and manage driver history for each delivery vehicle.
  • Maintain complete vehicle details like Registration Date, Chassis Number, and Odometer.
  • Mark Availability to track which vehicles are ready for catering dispatch.
  • Supports better fleet planning for transporting meals, equipment, and supplies to event venues.

Guest Count Validation on Sales Order

Path: Go to Sales → Create Quotation → Catering Details Section
This feature ensures that every catering Sales Order meets the minimum number of guests required for the selected Menu Package. When the user enters a guest count lower than the allowed limit, the system immediately raises a validation error to prevent incorrect bookings.

Each Menu Package includes a configurable field for Minimum Guest Requirement, allowing catering companies to set operational limits. These limits are used during Sales Order creation to ensure proper validation.

Centralized Catering Details Panel

Path: Sales → Create Quotation → Catering Details Section

The Catering Details Panel brings all event-specific information into a single, organized section inside the Sales Order. Instead of managing event info across multiple modules, this unified block centralizes every critical detail—Event Name, Type, Date, Guest Count, Menu Package, Location, and Dietary Notes—making the Sales Order act as a complete Catering Command Sheet.

Highlighted Elements:

  • Event Name & Type: Helps categorize bookings (e.g., Wedding, Corporate, Private).
  • Event Date & Time: Ensures precise preparation & delivery scheduling.
  • Guest Count: Drives menu quantity, pricing, and inventory planning.
  • Menu Package: Auto-populates the order with selected package items.
  • Event Location: Used by logistics for routing & delivery assignments.
  • Dietary Requirements: Communicates client-specific restrictions to kitchen teams.


Logistics Batch Management


Path: Logistics → Logistics Batches → Create Batch

The Logistics Batch Management feature centralizes all catering deliveries scheduled for a particular time slot into one organized batch. It helps the logistics team plan, assign, and execute deliveries efficiently by grouping multiple Sales Orders under a single Batch Reference.

This ensures streamlined routing, optimized vehicle usage, and timely delivery execution—perfect for high-volume catering operations.

Catering Info in Delivery Order


Path: Sales → Delivery Orders → (Open Delivery Order) → Catering Info Section

The Catering Info section provides a consolidated view of all catering-related details directly inside the Delivery Order.

This helps operations and logistics teams quickly access event-specific information without switching between multiple menus.

The section includes essential fields such as:

  • Event Type
  • Menu Package
  • Vehicle Assignment
  • Logistics Batch Reference
  • Delivery Date & Time

By displaying these details in one place, the feature ensures better coordination between sales, kitchen, and logistics teams—leading to smoother execution, faster dispatching, and highly organized catering delivery workflows.

Batch-wise Order Grouping

Path: Logistics → Logistics Batches → (Open Batch) → Orders Tab

The Batch-wise Order Grouping feature allows the logistics team to view and manage all Sales Orders assigned to a particular Logistics Batch.

Inside the Orders tab, each order is listed with key details such as:

  • Order Reference
  • Order Date
  • Order Total Amount

This helps streamline delivery planning by giving a clear overview of all orders grouped under a single batch.

Batch Pickings Overview

Path: Logistics → Logistics Batches → (Open Batch) → Pickings

The Batch Pickings Overview provides a clear and consolidated list of all warehouse pickings associated with the selected Logistics Batch.

This view helps logistics and warehouse teams quickly identify which Delivery Orders belong to the batch and ensures smoother coordination during dispatch.

Each picking record displays important details such as:

  • Picking Reference
  • Customer/Contact
  • Scheduled Date
  • Source Document (Sales Order)
  • Current Status (Ready / In Progress / Done)

By grouping pickings under a batch, the feature makes it easier to:
