Purpose of the Module

The purpose of this module is to streamline both Deliverable management and Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) processing through a dedicated portal-based workflow. Deliverables allow contractors and subcontractors to record and submit completed work details, while IPCs enable structured certification and payment requests based on that work. By separating operational progress from financial certification, the module ensures accurate tracking, timely submissions, and a transparent interim payment process within Odoo.

Managing IPCs and deliverables manually or across multiple systems makes tracking certifications, approvals, and related documents complex and error prone.

Create Interim Payment Certificate (IPC)

Add New IPC Record

Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) Form

Click the Save IPC button below to save your interim payment certificate.

After clicking Save IPC, the record is saved in the backend. Click Submit IPC to proceed with the submission.

After submission, if you want to cancel the IPC, click the Cancel IPC button. Once clicked, the stage will move to Cancel.
