Purpose of the Module:

The purpose of this module is to provide construction contracting and project-based businesses with a centralized dashboard for monitoring project costing and operational performance.

Project information is normally distributed across Job Cost Sheets, Job Orders, Timesheets, Purchase Orders, Vendor Bills, and different cost categories. Reviewing these records separately can make project monitoring and cost analysis time-consuming.

This module brings key project financial indicators and related operational records together in one dashboard. It helps users quickly understand project cost position, monitor progress, identify cost variances, and access the required project records with less navigation.

• Purchase Variance: Shows the difference between the total Budget and Actual Purchase Cost.
• Bill Variance: Shows the difference between the total Budget and Actual Vendor Bill Cost.

• Cost Sheets: Opens all Job Cost Sheets belonging to the selected Project.

• Purchase Orders: Opens Purchase Orders linked to the Project through analytic distribution.
• Vendor Bills: Opens Vendor Bills linked to the Project through analytic distribution.
• Material: Opens Material Cost Lines from Job Cost Sheets of the selected Project.
• Labour: Opens Labour Cost Lines from Job Cost Sheets of the selected Project.
• Overhead: Opens Overhead Cost Lines from Job Cost Sheets of the selected Project.
