Smart Material Consumption Tracking for Project Job Orders & Work Orders
Odoo Material Usage, Stock Consumption & Inventory Integration for Job Orders and Work Orders
Real-Time Actual Material Consumption Tracking with Warehouse Inventory and Project Operations
This application integrates Project Job Orders and Work Orders with Warehouse Inventory Operations, allowing project, site, and inventory teams to accurately track the actual materials and products consumed for individual Job Orders and Work Orders.
Warehouse and inventory users can select the relevant Project, Job Order or Work Order, and Material Consumption Type during inventory picking, transfer, and stock move operations. This creates complete traceability between project execution activities and actual warehouse material movements.
The actual materials issued from inventory are automatically visible in the Consumed Materials section of the related Job Order or Work Order. Project teams can review consumed products, quantities, units of measure, inventory information, and consumption classifications directly from the job record.
The application also provides a Stock Moves Smart Button, detailed stock movement analysis, configurable Material Consumption Types, and a printable Task Report PDF containing Job Order information and consumed material details.
Overall Purpose:
