Installation
To install the module, you need to go to the Apps menu and remove the filter from the search bar and type the module name odoo_pragtech_disable_followers, and click on the Activate button.
Configuration
Navigate to Settings > General Settings. Here we have provided the booleans to disable the followers. As per the need, can turn off/on the booleans.
Workflow
First, turn off the “Picking” booleans and try.
The “Responsible Person” and “Current User” are added as the followers while creating/updating a record in “Picking”.
Now, try by turning on the “Picking” booleans.
The “Responsible Person” and “Current User” are not added as followers while creating/updating a record in “Picking”.
First, turn off the “Purchase” booleans and try.
The “Buyer” and “Current User” are added as the followers while creating/updating a record in “Purchase”.
Now, try by turning on the “Purchase” booleans.

Yes. Each module has an independent toggle in Settings → General Settings, so you can selectively enable or disable follower control per module.
No. You can still manually add or remove followers from any record. The module only controls automatic follower addition.
When the “Picking” boolean is ON, the system will not add the Responsible Person or Current User as followers while creating or updating Pickings.
