Installation
To install the module, you need to go to the Apps menu and remove the filter from the search bar and type the module name pragtech_hrms_absenteeism_analysis, and click on the Activate button.
Configuration
Navigate to Settings > General Settings. Here you can see the “AI Credentials” section and the “OpenAI API Key” field. Need to set the API Key here. You can get the API Key from “https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys” here.
Workflow
Now go to the “Employees” application.
You can see an “AI Analyse” menu over here. In that menu, there is a submenu called “Absenteeism Analysis”. Click on it and create a new record.
Here, select the employee name.
Select the employee and run the analysis by clicking the “Run Analysis” button
Here, the HR can see the employee’s “Total Absent Days, and Leave Reason”. With this AI analysis, HR can analyse the employee’s detailed “Absenteeism Pattern” like Pattern Recognition, Impact on Work, Company Impact, Considerations for HR etc..

After installing the module, navigate to "Settings > General Settings". Locate the "AI Credentials" section and enter your "OpenAI API Key", which can be obtained from OpenAI API Keys Page.
Go to the "Employees" application. Under the "AI Analyse" menu, you'll find a submenu named "Absenteeism Analysis". Click on it to access and create analysis records.
Go to the "Absenteeism Analysis" submenu.
Click "Create" to make a new analysis record.
Select the "Employee Name".
Click "Run Analysis" to generate the absenteeism report using AI.
The analysis includes:
• Total Absent Days
• Leave Reasons
• Absenteeism Pattern Recognition
• Impact on Work and Company
• HR Considerations and Recommendations
Yes, an active internet connection is required because the module connects with the "OpenAI API" to process and generate analysis results.
As per the current functionality, analysis is run "per employee". You need to create and run the analysis individually for each employee.
