The `Incidents`, `Inspections`, `Work Permits`, and `Risk Assessments` smart buttons open each HSE record set for the project, while `Report Incident` creates a new incident directly from the project form.
Manage the Incident Lifecycle
`Start Investigation` moves a reported incident into investigation, `Reset to Draft` reopens the record for correction, and the status bar shows the full lifecycle from Draft to Closed.
Create Inspection from Task Equipment
The `Create Inspection` button on the task equipment line starts an HSE inspection directly for that linked asset, while the project smart buttons above show current HSE counts for the well.
Complete Checklist-Based Inspections
Record inspection type, inspector, linked project, task, and equipment, then use the checklist lines and status bar to move the inspection from `Draft` to `Done`.
Control Waiting and Permit Stages
The highlighted stage flags define which stage requires a work permit and which stage behaves as the waiting stage, controlling when permit creation becomes available in the task workflow.
Use Task-Level HSE Buttons and HSE Info
`Report Incident` creates a task-linked incident, `Create Work Permit` appears when the task is in a waiting stage, the four smart buttons open related HSE records, and the `HSE Info` tab stores classification, H₂S presence, emergency contact, nearest hospital, and muster point.
Approve and Track Work Permits
The `Approve` button moves the permit from `Draft` to `Approved`, while the form links permit type, dates, project, task, approver, and the from/to well stages controlled by the permit.
Document Hazards and Mitigation Plans
Create risk assessment records with risk level, project, task, hazard description, and mitigation plan so teams can act on known risks before operations escalate.
Incident Lifecycle
Manage incident states with report, investigation, closure, regulatory submission, and reset actions from the incident form.
Permit Management
Create, approve, expire, cancel, and reset work permits linked to projects, tasks, and controlled stage transitions.
Checklists & Risks
Run checklist-based inspections and maintain risk assessments with hazard descriptions and mitigation plans.
