Get invoices paid faster — chase them on WhatsApp
Send account statements and automatic overdue-invoice reminders straight to your customers on WhatsApp, with the statement or invoice PDF attached. One click from the contact, then a daily cron handles the follow-ups for you.

Statements and dunning, on autopilot
|
📄
"Statement on WhatsApp" buttonA smart button on every customer contact sends their open-invoice statement on WhatsApp in one click. It appears only on contacts that have a phone number and are customers. |
🔔
Automatic dunning cadenceA daily scheduled action chases overdue customer invoices at the 7, 30 and 60-day-overdue marks — each bucket toggled on or off independently per account. |
📎
Invoice PDF attachedFlip on "Attach Invoice PDF" and every reminder carries the rendered customer-invoice PDF, so the customer has everything needed to pay without a single reply. |
|
🧾
Followup statement PDFWhen the Followup Reports app is present, the statement send attaches the full account-followup PDF; otherwise it falls back to a clean text summary of open invoices and the total outstanding. |
✅
No double-chasingEvery reminder is logged against the invoice and day-bucket, so the cron never sends the same customer the same nudge twice. The Send Log tab shows exactly what went out and when. |
💬
Editable reminder templatePick the quick-reply template each account uses for reminders. It auto-fills the customer name, currency, amount due, days overdue, invoice number and link — your words, your tone. |
|
📊
Right invoices onlyOnly posted customer invoices that are unpaid or partially paid are chased. Phone numbers are validated and formatted before sending, so reminders reach a real WhatsApp number. |
📱
Per-account configurationA WhatsApp Dunning record under WhatsApp → Configuration ties one connected account to its own buckets, template and PDF setting — one tidy config per sending number. |
💸
Reuses your WhatsApp accountStatements and reminders flow through the same connected account and outbound send queue as the rest of Open WhatsApp Connector — one number, one inbox, no Meta Business API. |
Live in three steps
|
1
Install the core appInstall Open WhatsApp Connector and connect a WhatsApp account. That gives you the connection, Discuss inbox and send queue this add-on builds on. |
2
This add-on installs itselfWith Open WhatsApp Connector and the Accounting app both present, this bridge auto-installs — nothing to download separately, nothing to configure. |
3
Set buckets and goOpen WhatsApp → Configuration → WhatsApp Dunning, pick your account, buckets and template. Use the contact button for statements; the daily cron handles the rest. |
A free add-on to the Open WhatsApp Connector platform
This add-on installs automatically the moment both Open WhatsApp Connector and Accounting are installed — nothing to configure. It builds on the main Open WhatsApp Connector app (sold separately), which provides the WhatsApp connection, accounts, Discuss inbox and dashboard. Works on both Odoo Community and Enterprise.
Turn overdue invoices into paid ones
Install Open WhatsApp Connector and this add-on activates itself with your Accounting app — free, nothing to configure.
