- Ensure that the status of the Checkout payment is set to "Enabled" and "Published" to allow the system to actively use these credentials.
- Enter your Merchant ID and Secret Key. These should be provided by the Checkout payment gateway.
- Choose or create a payment journal that will be used for transactions processed through this integration.
- Choose your preferred Checkout payment method from the available options during payment.
- Click the "Pay now" button.
- Enter your credit or debit card number in the designated field.
- Input the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card.
- Provide the card's expiration date and the security code (CVV) found on the back of the card.
- Click the "Pay" button to validate and submit your payment details securely.
- Your transaction will be processed, and a record of the transaction will be created for tracking and confirmation.
- After successfully completing your payment through the Checkout payment, your order has been processed and confirmed in the system.
- Utilize the checkout payment dashboard to efficiently review and analyze transaction data.
- To initiate a refund transaction,Click the "Refund" button to start the refund transaction process.
- To view refund transactions in the Checkout dashboard, navigate to the Payment Section. Here, you can see detailed information about each transaction, including the details of the order and order state.
