- Ensure that the status of the MultiSafepay payment is set to "Enabled" and "Published" to allow the system to actively use these credentials.
- Enter your Merchant ID and Secret Key. These should be provided by the MultiSafepay payment gateway.
- Choose or create a payment journal that will be used for transactions processed through this integration.
- Choose your preferred MultiSafepay payment method from the available options during payment.
- Click the "Pay now" button.
- Enter your credit or debit card number in the designated field.
- Input the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card.
- Provide the card's expiration date and the security code (CVV) found on the back of the card.
- Click the "Process Verification" button to validate and submit your payment details securely.
- Your transaction will be processed, and a record of the transaction will be created for tracking and confirmation.
- After successfully completing your payment through the MultiSafepay payment, your order has been processed and confirmed in the system.
- Create the order with all relevant product details and customer information.
- Confirm the order after processing the payment.
- Set the transaction and payment references to keep track of the payment status.

- Search transactions with Date, Order ID, and Customer name.
- If you would like to request a refund for your payment, kindly locate and click the Refund button to begin the process.
