Issue store credit, track wallet transactions, and let customers pay with their available balance in Sales and Point of Sale.

Core Features

This module gives each customer a virtual wallet ledger so you can issue store credit for refunds, adjust balances manually when needed, and settle Sales or POS payments against the customer's available credit.

Partner wallet balance

On the customer form, the wallet balance is computed from the ledger and the smart button opens every credit and debit entry for that partner.

Manual credit adjustment

Accountants and sales managers can open the adjustment wizard, choose credit or debit, enter an amount, and store a reason in the ledger.

Sales order wallet payment

On a confirmed sale order, Pay with Wallet creates the invoice, checks the customer's balance, posts the payment, and records a debit entry.

POS validation control

In Point of Sale, the Customer Wallet payment type is blocked when the selected customer does not have enough credit, so the cashier cannot overdraw the balance.
