Core Features

Simple Access Management lets administrators build reusable access profiles, assign them to selected users, optionally scope them to selected companies, and enforce the resulting restrictions in both the UI and the backend runtime.

Scoped Access Profiles

Create named profiles, assign them to one or more users, limit them to selected companies, track counters, and manage all restrictions from one dedicated administration area.

Model, Field, and Domain Enforcement

Block read, create, edit, delete, export, import, archive, and duplicate operations, enforce field invisibility or read-only rules, require fields, remove external links, and apply conditional domain restrictions for matched records.

UI, Asset, and Chatter Controls

Hide menus, actions, reports, and specific views, remove buttons, tabs, filters, and groups from views, hide chatter, and block messages, notes, and activities globally or per model.

Preview and Cloning Tools

Use the Effective Access Preview wizard to inspect matched profiles, flags, hidden assets, and technical summaries, then clone complete profile configurations including rule lines, assignments, and notes.

  • Open the preview wizard to inspect the effective restrictions for a user, company, and optional model before rollout.
  • Clone an existing profile to reuse the same rule matrix across teams without rebuilding each line manually.
