Product Image for Sale

Path :- Sales → Orders → Quotations/Sales Orders → Order Lines Tab

Product images are displayed directly in the Order Lines list view of the Sale Order form. A dedicated "Product Image" column shows the visual thumbnail of each product, along with Print Image toggle and Image Sizes selection available on the form, allowing sales teams to quickly identify and verify products without navigating away from the order.

The Sale Order form provides a "Print Image" checkbox to enable or disable product image printing in the PDF report. Once enabled, the "Image Sizes" dropdown allows users to select from three options — Big Sized Image, Medium Sized Image, or Small Sized Image — giving full control over how product images appear in the printed Sale Order or Quotation report.

When "Big Sized Image" is selected, the product images appear in large size in the Product Image column of the Sale Order PDF report, giving customers a clear and detailed visual of each ordered product alongside its description, quantity, unit price and amount.

Users can select "Medium Sized Image" from the Image Sizes dropdown on the Sale Order form to print product images in a balanced medium size in the PDF report.

When "Medium Sized Image" is selected, product images appear in a moderate size in the PDF report, maintaining a clean and balanced layout while still providing clear product visuals for the customer.

Users can select "Small Sized Image" from the Image Sizes dropdown on the Sale Order form to print compact product images in the PDF report, ideal for orders with many line items.

When "Small Sized Image" is selected, product images appear in a compact size in the PDF report, keeping the layout neat and space-efficient while still displaying product visuals for each order line.
