It collects contact details, business channel, location (country/state/area), commercial profile (experience, investment capacity, expected turnover), and business notes. Submissions automatically create a "Dealer Inquiry" record in the backend.

Dealer Inquiries List View

Backend list view of all submitted dealer inquiries. Displays lead name, email, city, country, assigned salesperson, and sales team. Enables quick filtering, searching, and status tracking before conversion to an opportunity.

Dealer Inquiry – Detailed Review & Scoring

Single inquiry record showing probability score (56.93%), complete dealer profile (channel, DMS area, years of experience), commercial details (investment capacity, expected turnover, current product lines), and business notes. Used by sales teams to qualify leads.

Dealer Directory / Master Data

Complete list of all registered dealers with key information including dealer name, email, phone, assigned area (state/city/country), and full address. Serves as the central directory for all active distribution partners.

Dealer Master Detail – Company & Contact

Individual dealer profile showing company address, primary contact person (Maheshbhai Patel), contact details, dealer code (DLR00001), assigned area, channel type (Distributor), tax ID, and tags. Used for managing all dealer-specific data in one place.

Opportunity Management – Won Dealership

Converted dealer inquiry showing opportunity stage (Won), expected revenue ($0), probability (100%), contact details, dealer profile (created from DMS portal, area, experience), and activity timeline. Tracks the entire lifecycle from Lead → Opportunity → Won.

Quotation Builder – Product Lines & Pricing

Detailed sales order or quotation view showing product lines (Bio Stimulant, Bajra Seed, Guar Gum Powder), quantities, unit prices, taxes (0% Exports), and totals. Includes "Untaxed Amount" and "Total" breakdown. Used for order creation.

State-Wise Sales Dashboard

Regional performance dashboard displaying MTD, QTD, YTD sales, YTD collections, and outstanding amounts for Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Includes top dealers by quotation value and a sales chart (May 2026 – ₹510,820).

Sale Orders List – Fully Invoiced Orders

Complete list of DMS sale orders with order number, date, customer, salesperson, company, and total amount. All shown orders have "Fully Invoiced" status. Used for order tracking and fulfillment management.

Customer Invoices & Status Tracking

Invoice listing with columns for number, due date, follow-up status, tax excluded amount, total, and state (In Process / Paid). Includes partial payment indicators. Used for accounts receivable and collections follow-up.

State Performance Overview & Top Dealers

USD-based summary of dealers count, MTD/QTD/YTD sales, YTD collection, and outstanding per state (Gujarat, Maharashtra, MP, Rajasthan). Also displays top-performing dealers with their quotation values. Ideal for executive KPI reporting.

Dealer Transaction Details – Product, Packing & Amount

Granular transaction-level data showing date, dealer name, product sold (e.g., Groundnut Seed, DAP Fertilizer, Cotton Seed Gold), packing type (Units), packs quantity, and amount. Used for inventory analysis and dealer purchase pattern tracking.

Area Management – Sales Territory Setup

Hierarchical area master data showing region name, state, country, and active status. Examples include Anand (Gujarat), Nagpur Krushi (Maharashtra), Bhopal Farm (MP), Jodhpur Mandi (Rajasthan). Enables territory-based dealer assignment and reporting.

User Guide

User Access Rights Configuration

User assigned as DMS Manager with Export Allowed and Inquiry User permissions. This enables full DMS module access, data export capability, and dealer inquiry management.

May I install the app on my Odoo Online (SaaS) database?

No, third-party apps can not be used on Odoo Online. Unfortunately, Odoo SaaS blocks such a possibility.
